Group Workshops
Each workshop will focus on a particular theme per session. The basic structure of each workshop includes: Check-ins (establishing ground rules and attendess hopes, goals per session), theme group discussion, brief-talk of process, warm-ups, devising two imagined scenarios of conflict (imperfect where issues are unresolved at the end), scenario explorations and rerunning to make changes by role play exercises, and finally check-outs & learnings with further group discussion. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me for further details. Do also note: while these group sessions can be of benefit these never a substitute for further one to one support should you require it too.
